Umami from the many mushroom used. Quite a substantial meal with some QQ tofu, broccoli and cherry tomatoes.

Decent bowl of mushroom udon noodles but it’s a bit bland in comparison to the legendary shop in fortune center 🤠 I’d still try other items in this stall though!
