Mushroom Soy Carbonara

Oh they made this so so so so good!! Super yummy, with nice #mushrooms that has a buttery taste. The sauce was kind of watery, but still not overly watery. It also tasted kind of salty for me. Overall this was really nice 👍 can't wait to come back again #pasta #veganpasta #pastalover

It was really good! For some weird reason, it reminded me a little of Maggi mee with egg (it's been years and years since I've had it). And I mean that in a good way. I would still say the best version of this dish is at Prive. This is a much more soupy version.

omg the best vegan carbonara?? the sauce is so light as soy milk is used and the mushrooms are cooked perfectly. I will definitely go back for it again and I would love 2 portions cos 1 is not enough! my partner loves this as well.
