Mushroom Saigon Roll

Was around the area for client coffee meeting hence decided to grab saigon rolls to try out for lunch. They have a set of 3 rolls + drink at around $10 and a few vegan options. You get to select 3 sauces as well (some vegan friendly).This is fully loaded with fresh and raw veggies and mushrooms. Personally, I find it too healthy for me and would recommend to have this with their sauce.

There’s cucumber, vermicelli, and lettuce on the inside. Mushrooms on top because it’s the main star of the dish. I can’t get over how fresh it is, and all the sauces you can choose with your rolls are fresh clean ingredients too. #jaan
