Mushroom masala

This was tasty. Slightly sweetish with the tomato base. The mushrooms were very tender and soaked in the flavours well. Nice to go with roti and rice. Quite pricey as there weren't too many mushrooms in there and it is a small dish.

Shiitake mushrooms are used for this dish so it adds that umami kick to it. It isn’t v spicy and it’s rich in flavor. The sauce also went well with the chappati!

Boy loves mushroom.n he enjoyed it. I lived the gravy .no coloring.not oily.just like homecooked.
