Usually I'm used to seeing #mushroom utilised as a substitute for meat, but turning #sayurlodeh into mushroom lodeh? 😂 There's #hericiummushroom as well as #shiitake slices along with the #broccoli and the #cherrytomatoes, and the #santan #curry was fantastic 😋 The only issue was that the quantity was insufficient even for how much #whiterice they provided (which, for the record, tasted superb); therefore I was #stillhungry 🥺
