You can pick the ingredients (like mala hotpot stall style) for your broth and select from a range of soup bases. Checked with the staff and she said that mushroom broth is vegan (not sure about the others as she only answered mushroom base when we asked for vegan choices). Ingredients are charged by weight. Note that vegetables are charged the same price as meat or seafood. Broth has rich flavour of mushroom and I find the taste quite well-bodied.
