This consisted of basmati rice mixed with garbanzo beans, onions, peas, green beans, and sautéed mushrooms, cooked with Indian spices, and garnished with cilantro and almonds. Served with Sweet Mango Chutney (GF). The Indian spices made this a very flavorful dish that was complemented by the sweet and spicy chutney. The portion was generous, plenty for two people.
