Mung Bean Soup

I apologize for the unsatisfying picture I took. I swear it tastes 1000% better than how it looks 😂 it only occurred to me that I should take a photo halfway through (that’s just how good it is). Mung bean soup is one of my favorite Taiwanese delicacies: it’s subtly sweet and refreshing. If you have a chance, do try it out!
