such a cool concept! sweet potato and black bean quesadillas? lovely! the cheese sauce makes the dish a bit messy to eat as it’s on top of the quesadilla, but the filling is delicious and plentiful.

So dang good! One my favorite dishes at Vegenation! Eat it!
