Delicious vegan bowl with vermicelli (rice noodles), lettuce, red bell pepper, cucumber, carrot, roasted mushrooms,
peanuts, cilantro, raw mung bean sprouts, vegan "meat balls", edible flowers and a chili dressing. Everything is very fresh and the mushrooms are still warm when served. The dressing is aromatic and just slightly spicy and the vegan "meat balls" are pleasantly smoky. Not a fan of the raw mung bean sprouts or edible flowers. 1 € per bowl is donated to a forest protection project. The restaurant is currently open without any Corona restrictions, but as regulations in Germany are changing very quickly and all the time, make sure to inform yourself about them if you plan on dining in and don't have a complete vaccine passport / proof of recovery.
