Moroheiya Green Noodles

This green noodle is derived from the moroheiya plant (or mallow leaf). It contains many vitamins and minerals. It was very lightly seasoned with a nice chewy texture. On the side was their crispy chikin, famous spare ribs, baby bok choy, and sweet and sour dipping sauce.
