This consisted of lemony kale and mixed greens tossed in a lemon vinaigrette, organic brown rice, roasted veggie mix (currently cauliflower and delicata squash), pickled cabbage, spiral carrots, Mayocoba beans, apple slices, 3-seeds mix, and a richly flavorful lemon tahini sauce. All those beautiful rainbow colors provided a delicious variety of tastes and phytonutrients.
