This was another phenomenal dish from Acorn! Shio Koji wild rice, purple nori, tarragon, lovage. The flavours in this dish are incredible!! Also really loved the Shiitake dish and also the Sea Vegetables dish! Would love to try the Chef's Multi-Course Tasting menu sometime! You must make a reservation for that.
