To make this Monkey 🙈 Roll vegan 🌱 you need to ask for it without Philadelphia cheese, No spicy 🌶️ sauce (contains mayonnaise) and no fried breading (contains egg)!
I asked if they could add #carrot for part of the filling to the roll and this came out amazing!! So delicious and light!
It’s wrapped with sliced #plantain and filled with #whiterice (they no longer offer brown), #asparagus, #avocado 🥑, #cucumber 🥒and topped with grilled #cauliflower which usually is battered and this is what you need to tell them to also leave out since it contains eggs.
Decorated with #sesameseeds and a drizzle of Sweet and sour sauce which is 🌱 vegan!
