Monkey Head Mushrooms with Grapefruit Osmanthus Sauce

Fancy name for what essentially feels like vegan sweet and sour pork haha. I can't really taste grapefruit or osmanthus in the sauce but it's good, and a nice small sampling dish in the one-person set.
