This is the bowl my boyfriend ordered (so naturally I was eating a bunch of it) and I’m not gonna lie I started to get jealous and wished I ordered this bowl instead. It’s SUPER filling and just has so many different components to it that are delicious on their own, but when they are all mixed together in one bite it’s somehow elevated even further! Quinoa, Brown rice, kale, avocado, black beans, mixed veggies in mole sauce, topped with fried jalapeño, crispy tortilla strips, plantains, garlic aioli and picked cabbage, all on a corn tostada. My boyfriend keeps saying he wants to go back just because of how much he loves this bowl and I can’t blame him, it was that good! He even said it’s his favorite vegan dish he’s ever had and that’s saying something! Cant wait to go back and order a bowl of my own.
