Chickpeas with tomato, chillies, tahini and olive oil. The chickpeas are on the softer side

but tomatoes and chillies help to lighten the dish and it’s really good!

I want to love this dish as an alternative to their delicious pitas 🥙, because

they are too heavy sometimes (or maybe it’s my fault because I eat too much pita bread 🫓 before I get my food 😂). However, it’s a bit on the oily side. Something like vegan sour cream would be perfect with it, otherwise vinegar would be enough.
