Mixed Vegetable Rice

This is my favourite vegetarian 菜饭 stall ever haha. Photo looks unappealing but IT'S GOOD. Everything is really tasty and affordable ($3.50 with white rice and $4.00 with brown rice). Brown rice is soft and fluffy. And they have eggplant!! 😍 Only complaint is that some of the dishes are saltier than I would have liked.
