Mixed Veg Rice

This is from the nasi padang store at the corner. The kang kong, sweet tempeh, veg curry, and sambal goreng are vegan! Loved the sweet tempeh but the rest are just alright—I find the veg curry, kang kong and sambal goreng more bland than usual nasi padang stalls

Llegue a #singapore después de 2 meses de estar lejos tenía que venir al Lau Pasat! Aca es muy típico los Hawker Centre, son como patios de comidas. Este plato estaba sabrosisimo, aunque un poco picante 🌶️, llevaba arroz, salsa de curry, vegetales, tofu y tempe caramelizado

They have a large variety of vegetables available so there's something for everyone. Unfortunately my cabbage was undercooked and I bit into a stone while eating it :(
