Mixed Mushroom Garlic Tossed Rice

This was Cedele's Mixed Mushroom Garlic Tossed Rice with my favourite Quinoa Balls. If I could give this dish 100/100, I would. The rice was supremely well-seasoned. I can say that every grain was tasty! Not too oily, great texture and sufficiently mixed with a couple of types of sliced and pan-seared mushrooms and greens. Delectable and soooo satisfying. I only regret eating it too quickly and not with enough intention. 🙏

When my order first arrived I was like oops I need extra salt and pepper. Looks kinda too healthy for my liking. But when I dug in its so not bland and delish. Love the chewy blackberry rice and the two balls on top. (they call it patty) 😋 FYI pick the housemade cauliflower quinoa chia seeds patty instead of poached egg for a belly happy vegan meal.

i chose the vegan option of this dish which replaces eggs with quinoa cauliflower balls. i love the nutty flavour of black rice and it was cooked perfectly. fried with onions, mushrooms and edamame it was very good and the quinoa balls were very nice as well.
