These dumplings somehow managed to be even more scrumptious than they look (with the blue

colouring from the butterfly pea flower)!

The filling personally surprised me— thought they would have used something more akin to minced pork, but the beef sausage definitely worked well with the mushrooms and vegetables!

Would also prefer thinner dumpling skin for this. What was most memorable for me was

interestingly that pearl thing at the top that would burst into your mouth with passionfruit juice!
