This Portland Pizza Week special consisted of a creamy spiced sage butternut squash sauce base

coated with a nutritional yeast and topped with zucchini, lemon pepper cauliflower, and a three mushroom blend on a crisp crust with bubbly edges. With a pleasing balance of flavors, including cheesiness from the nutritional yeast, this was both nourishing and delicious. The slices are large and generously topped. Available by the slice ($3) and as a pie.

Vegan pizza delivery!
I always appreciate Mississippi Pizza’s thin crust but it is too thin for

hand served slices with this topping. All the zucchini and cauliflower fell off when I lifted the slice. Perhaps this could have been avoided if the cauliflower and zucchini were charred a bit.
The butternut spicy sage sauce is incredible.
Note: I ordered the regular sized pie. The large slices might be easier to manage.
