I haven't been to a movie theater in ages due to covid however, there's no way I wasn't going to see The Matrix Resurrections on the big screen. I love coming to this movie theater because they're Houston based and they're not like most traditional movie theater. They're a dine-in theater and offer a full cocktail bar. What's even more impressive is, they offer a "Impossible Burger" option that can be veganized by simply omitting the mayo. I wasn't sure if they toast the hamburger bun with butter so I requested no butter just to be safe. The burger comes with a double patty (huge burger in my opinion) and is served open faced with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and a side option of either french fries or sweet potato fries. I opted for the sweet potato fries which were slightly salted and tasted delicious 🤤 The price for this combo is $15 (USD) which I find this to be extremely reasonable especially at a movie theater. Most establishments I've had an impossible burger cost around the same price or even more. The burger itself is super yummy and the sweet potato fries tasted delicious (perfectly salted) Pictures aren't the best because they were taken in the dark while the movie was playing.
