Humongous chunks of aubergine in these scrumptious Bao buns. Oh my goodness. Served with vegan Mayo, carrot and spring onions. It’s 9.95 but I just stopped looking at the prices and ordered what I wanted for a change. 🤪 gorgeous dining room here with a lunch special deal. I’ll have to check out the Chelsea branch of this restaurant another time. #veganbao
