This consisted of three pieces of coconut “milk rice”, which is white rice cooked in
coconut milk to a thick consistency, then cooled and sliced into diamond-shaped pieces. Served with lunu miris, a spicy onion relish, a special creamy dahl, deviled breakfast potatoes, pol sambol, and seeni sambal. The creamy, velvety kiribath was complemented perfectly by the lively, vibrant flavors of the accompanying dishes.
