Mini yasai katsu curry with curry sauce

This is a dish that comes with sweet potato + butternut squash in crispy panko breadcrumbs. It also has katsu sauce, sticky white rice, carrots, cucumber and sweetcorn. Very nice and easy to eat for the little ones.
