they definitely don’t skimp on the ice cream portions! i ordered the mini pancakes with cookies n cream ice cream, oreos, and guava syrup. not sure what possessed me to order that, but the combination was actually phenomenal and the pancakes were so cute!
the cookies and cream ice cream itself had perfect texture and flavor; it was identical to dairy ice cream without the iciness or abnormally fast melting that sometimes accompanies vegan ice cream. this is definitely some of the best ice cream i’ve had, and i’ll be sure to come back and try different flavors and combinations :) 100% recommend!!
