Minced OmniPork Eggplant Spaghetti

Ever since I’ve switched to a veg diet, I haven’t had this minced pork eggplant dish for so long and this dish brought me all those old memories and feelings when I had it with my family. They taste exactly like the original ‘魚香茄子’ dish and I love this!
