Satisfying and filling dish, with rich flavours, as can be expected from chorizo. Great pairing

with polenta, beans and vegetable. Green “pesto” sauce a bit salty but tasty. Comes with some cilandro sprinkled on top but easy to pick it out if you don’t like it (or ask staff to leave it out).

Really enjoyed the pimento chorizo the other day! ✨ the sausage was really flavoursome and

the presentation was beautiful, but i wasn’t crazy about the block (reminder me of semolina?), which was a bit too oily 🤍
