Pimento chorizo

Really enjoyed the pimento chorizo the other day! ✨ the sausage was really flavoursome and the presentation was beautiful, but i wasn’t crazy about the block (reminder me of semolina?), which was a bit too oily 🤍

Satisfying and filling dish, with rich flavours, as can be expected from chorizo. Great pairing with polenta, beans and vegetable. Green “pesto” sauce a bit salty but tasty. Comes with some cilandro sprinkled on top but easy to pick it out if you don’t like it (or ask staff to leave it out).
