I was not overly impressed by this dish. The broth was very salty and I
didn’t feel like there was enough of the other components to cut through this. The dish could have used some more pak choy to mitigate for this and also some more garlic would have been welcomed. However, the noodles were nice and the crispy kale was very tasty. The tempeh balls themselves tasted somewhere between a meatball and a falafel and were a little strange. Overall, it was nice to try something a bit different but I wouldn’t order it again, particularly for the price (£15) and also for the fact that there are so many other items on the menu that are truly delicious.
