Miso carbonara & yakitori chicken

This is a really tasty and filling dish that is beautifully presented. The only issue is the vegan chicken they use is too rubbery to be pleasant in large chunks needed for skewers. At best it can be used as small pieces... Suggest they change brands or switch to mushrooms or tofu.
