Mie Goreng Saus XO (Eggless)

We loved the Nasi Goreng (fried rice) version of this, so this time we thought, why not try the noodles? We opt for #kwayteow (#kwetiao) and yellow noodles (mie kuning) for this dish :) It’s delicious and got the whole #wokhei (‘breath of the wok’) going on.
