Arrived bubbling away in a hot stone bowl. I love the monkeyhead mushrooms they have

so much bite and absorb all the flavors in the herbal sauce.

I’ve recently expanded my mushroom vocabulary to include monkeyhead mushroom. Love that they used that

mushroom and the sauce was delicious.
