Mexican Salad Bowl Mango Style

Just amazing!🤩 I won't forget this #saladbowl any time soon! It was just perfect and full of flavour ! The picture doesn't capture just how huge it was ! And the dressing, Ohhhh the dressing ! A generous serving of spicy chipotle sauce to slather the leafy greens, beans, avo (not enough!) pumpkin, shallot, chestnut, cashew, nuts, tomato, peppers , black sticky rice and anything else this salad provided. This dish was a dream to eat, and even though it looks like a salad for 4 people I ate it all 😍 This place really impressed me and I can't wait to visit again !

What a rollercoaster of a name 🎢 One that @m1tch9i is tall enough to ride of course 🤭 It’s a DIY #salad with a tonne of components; Far too many to list. It’s really the chipotle dressing that’s the main show here anyways 🧑‍🌾 It was so so creamy 🤤 Soy #yoghurt I think they used in the sauce. The inclusion of purple rice in the salad was pretty unique too! It’s almost like a burrito bowl with far more vegetables in there 🌯 I might just mimic the concept in my future #saladbowl creations 🥗 Carby salads just hit better anyways 💅
