Absolutely adore this dish- it’s organic blue tortillas with cashew cream, caramelized
onions, epazote, squash blossom, and purlsane. It’s served with salsa verde and guacamole. The restaurant I believe changes it’s menu seasonally, and the dishes are all high quality and culinarily advanced. The quesadilla is deliciously creamy and I never wanted the dish to end 😅
