Ooh 😯 Never had vegan #mentaiko before! Clearly abillion agrees, as the hashtag hasn't been used before! 😛 There's a bunch of interesting ingredients in here, from #scallion and #nori to #seagrapes and the pickled #ginger, but the overall effect was to turn this into some sort of mutant asam laksa with an ill-fittingly fat #udon as the choice of #noodles 😅 Probably not something I would get again, but I'm glad to have tried it 🙂
