Mediterranean feast Bagel

It’s been a while since I’ve had a bagel at Reload and I’m definitely not going to wait so long again! This is truly my ideal brunch right here: a freshly baked bagel topped with fresh salad, aubergine, the yummiest hummus smothering it all, a generous portion of perfectly ripe avo on top of that and then - for the piece de la resistance - a divine chilli concoction drizzled over the avo to finish it all off. Our absolute favourite breakfast, which we enjoy almost every Sunday (and yet I always forget to take a pic *edit: found a pic on my camera roll 😀).
