Matcha Vegan Cheesecake

Bought this for my baby sister @xueqi as she loves loves matcha 💖 It was creamy and balanced without being too heavy. I made sure to add as many exclamation marks and Cedele came through with it 💯

Cake looks great out of the box! Fresh blueberries and redcurrents on top! The cake is light and not overly sweet. The chocolate layer works really well with the matcha. A great cake! Highly recommended.
