Lazy cake is well known #dessert in #lithuania
It’s traditionally made with cookies, condensed milk (coconut for vegan version), chocolate.
Here, matcha flavor is mild and freeze dried #raspberries compliment it very well. It’s quite sweet, I would get 1 piece to share with someone if you don’t have very #sweettooth.
