Matcha ice cream

I took matcha ice cream in an apple crumbles tourbillon. Was pretty good, the only thing is they change their flavors once a week, so it was my only chance of the summer. They are not fully vegan so only 3 vegan flavors at a time. They are often out of ingredients. Still really good
