Why does bao only enter my life on occasion? Love the soft steaminess of these
buns and it is a very generous helping of seitan. The flavour isn’t inherently very Asian which leads my mind to wander somewhat. Personal preference alert : I really dislike seaweed (as connotations for me are fish fish fish 🐠) so the little accompaniment pot was too strong.
