bbq pulled “pork” yuba bowl

very good! the flavor of the faux pork was on point, but you could definitely tell it was mushroom rather than true meat. the cole slaw was great and i mixed it with the cucumber salad i got on the side. overall very yummy and was a large enough portion that i needed a leftover box.
