Mango elderflower agar, coconut vegan egg tart, pandan vegan macaron

Part of a private dinner that needs to be booked in advance. I loved all 3 of these desserts but my favourite was the macaron (something I’ve never had veganized!) The desserts were all different and tasty yet still healthy and not too sweet.
