This was good but it doesn’t taste like steak and was a little dry. I

liked the flavor and texture though, and maybe it would be better with the potato cheese. I added all the fresh toppings. The corn tortilla fell apart, I wish the tortillas were cooked or fried longer. I’ll try this next time as a quesadilla! 💲15 MXN ($0.75 USD)

Esto estaba bueno, pero no sabe a bistec y estaba un poco seco. Sin embargo, me gustó el sabor y la textura, y tal vez sería mejor con el queso de papa. Agregué todas las coberturas frescas. We were fortunate to try queso tacos de bistec, birria, and chorizo. I thought they

were all super tasty and loved the creamy potato based cheeze sauce. We came back for more another day and still so delicious. My favorite was the bistec but I’m really happy I was able to try birria, as it’s my cousins favorite Mexican food. The salsa bar was fresh with many options.
