Ordered this for takeaway. I was really impressed with the flavors. Beets can have such
a strong taste, but they are so thinly sliced here that it was not overpowering at all. Loved the pesto sauce!

I liked this dish! I did think it was lacking perhaps a bit of richness,

I’m not a huge fan of beets or raw food, so this wasn’t my favourite.
I definitely wouldn’t consider it ravioli at all. But it was okayyyy... for someone who doesn’t like beets or raw food.
Abit skeptical with raw food, but this one definitely gave me something new!! Good job
