Cauliflower Wings With Hummus

The name doesn't do it justice. The wings are really crunchy and not oily at

all, the hummus is thick and yummy and topped with crispy chickpeas and beans that taste amazing too, the 🍃💦 freshness of rucola and red onions is great pared with the curry taste of the wings! Go for it !

Very filling, fresh and with a sweet beetroot taste along the cauliflower. Good for a

snack but not filling enough as a big meal
