Breakfast Scramble Vegan

This is my favorite tofu scramble in Bali and also in the world. My boyfriend

and I have tried multiple around town and this one beats them all hands down. I wish I could replicate this at home but I have no idea what magic they season with to get this flavor.

One of my favorite tofu scrambles in Bali. Full of flavor and the sweet Tempe,

sourdough and fresh salad make sure am filled up with good nutrition for a new day!

I really enjoyed my breakfast there ! I never had tempeh cooked that way but

I really liked the taste and texture ! It was so good together with the tofu scramble. The scramble had bigger pieces aswell, which I really liked ! I also had a flatwhite with cashewmilk, which was also amazing ! I never tried cashewmilk in a coffee before but it was actually so creamy and the taste was also good ! It’s a bit pricey there if your compare it to local places of course but it’s a good value though :)

but it never turned out as in Manggis.

Delish tofu scramble and doesn't come with mushrooms (I ordered that by the side).

I’m not the biggest fan of scrambled tofu but I read that this was amazing

so I gave it a shot and boy, I wasn’t disappointed. Absolutely delicious! Must try for all.
