Recently closed to reopen in a new location in Jan 2023, but I would be

remiss to not mention my visits when it was at the Intercontinental. Mallow was my first foraging chef dining experience. Sustainable, unique, enjoyable, scrumptious: well worth the price tag. Relaxed vibe: Christina and Sasha were excellent hosts, happy to chat a bit. I enjoyed sitting at the bar, where I could gaze at the theatre of beautiful, creative food and drinks being made. I look forward to trying a different tasting selection as the menu rotates. One of our new favorite vegan restaurants in Singapore. The ambience is almost as

good as the food. Seating at the bar is a must where you can not only watch the food being prepared but can also have a delightful conversation with both Christina and Sasha. The passion for the restaurant clearly shines through. The place almost has a private kitchen feel and one is made to feel right at home. The spot is on the smaller side so expect that reservations will be required in the near future. You cannot guess Christina is from Jersey!

Each course was inventive and thoughtfully prepared. Dinner was served at a pace which allowed us to enjoy the food as well as the drink. Any menu with two desserts is always a plus in my book.
