Crème Brûlée Vegan French Toast With Vanilla Cream And Raspberry Purée

Oh my gosh this was so amazing! The toast was so thick and absolutely coated in custard which made it so soft. The creme brûlée glaze added a really nice crispy texture and the raspberry purée had a nice tart flavour which cut through the sweetness perfectly. Would definitely get again!
