This carrot cake did not have the usual spices of carrot cake I know, which
allowed you to taste all the nuts. It was chock-full o' nuts. it was kind of nice because it made me slow down and otherwise I would have inhaled it. This cake would be deadly dangerous if it had mounds of frosting on it. I loved the nutty flavor. they even get 5 stars for nutrition because it's carrots & nuts! 😁 #veganisnotscary
